## What you get in the free scan

## How it works

1. **Paste your URL.** GotCited reads your homepage and key pages the way search and AI crawlers do: titles, meta descriptions, headings, schema, robots.txt, llms.txt and sitemap.
2. **We ask the questions.** It works out what you sell and who you compete with, writes 3 buyer-intent questions, and asks them to Claude with live web search on.
3. **You get the fixes.** Every answer is read for who got named and what got cited. Then GotCited writes the two fixes most likely to change the answer.

## What the free scan doesn't include

I'd rather be upfront about the limits:
